Congratulations! You’ve taken the very first step into seeking a better night’s sleep for both your child and yourself. It’s amazing how many mamas are given so much support throughout their pregnancy and child’s birth, but this support rarely is carried over into the months- or years- that follow. This sometimes leaves those mamas isolated and confused how they can best help their child sleep better, or that it is even possible for restful sleep to occur once a baby has been born! Rest assured, it IS possible, and we can help you get there.
Yep, we get it. Why hire someone when there’s so much information readily available online or through a friend? Read more about how our services are tailored to uniquely help YOU and your family.
I can clearly remember, like most mothers I’m sure, the very moment I gave birth to my daughter, Kenna. I was absolutely over the moon in feelings of love and gratitude.
And then, once we were in the mother-baby room later that morning, I was equally overwhelmed with nervousness and utter exhaustion. The nervousness dissipated with practice, but the exhaustion continued for weeks until I learned that babies can sleep through the night with just a little guidance, and this isn’t just a magic trick.
Yes! I’m so excited to learn more about getting my child to sleep better. What do I do next?
Woo hoo! If you’d like to learn more about this process, or even if you are totally ready to sign up, the next thing to do is to schedule an initial discovery call with me. We can go over your unique situation, and we can determine which sleep plan would best fit your needs.
